The kitchen boasts a huge island with bar stool seating for five, perfect for watching a feast being prepared on the gas stove. The dining area off to the side offers seating for eight. Lounge on the sectional sofa and enjoy movies in the evening, while just out back is a private fenced yard with an inviting pool! The pool area is seasonally heated for an additional charge, providing plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy barbecues at the grill area.
