This large and light-filled 2+ bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is a great mix of high, beamed ceilings and industrial features with modern amenities. You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, 2.5 large baths and a master bedroom with an attached bath that has a large soaking tub and separate shower. Two parking spaces are available for your use, along with an outdoor grill and patio area. The unit is on a quiet, tree lined street and is in a convenient location with Tower Grove Park, along with several restaurants and shops around the corner. You'll have easy access to major highways and are within 10-15 minutes of several St. Louis attractions.
This former horse stable has been updated into a loft-like, 2 story apartment with industrial finishes and modern features.
