This clean, fully furnished home is located in the quiet and peaceful Cathy’s Pond subdivision. You will have the entire house to yourself. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 9 foot ceilings & concrete floors throughout, game room with a sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, dining nook, laundry, living room, and a back porch overlooking a beautiful 7 acre lake. With the 3 bedrooms and the game room the house will sleep 8 people. Bring your fishing gear and relax on the floating dock at sunset. Quick access to MSU using Hail State Boulevard and to the heart of Starkville using South Montgomery. I live in this property when it's not rented so you will find clothes in the master closet and some condiments in the refrigerator, but I leave plenty of space in both for my guest.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here with our three adult daughters to attend a Mississippi State graduation ceremony. Campus was only 15 minutes from this lovely, spacious getaway on a small lake in the woods! Roomy master bedroom, and a large master bath with a large tub, separate shower, and two separate sinks/mirrors. Two guest rooms were also good-sized and thoughtfully decorated. We came in December, so the fully decorated tree and the outside Christmas lights were a nice touch. Large open-area kitchen with counter, family room and kitchenette worked out great for us all. There were even two functioning fish tanks, which our daughters enjoyed watching. Separate, roomy laundry room was also handy! Couldn’t have asked for a quieter, more beautiful setting! The lake provides beautiful views and the lack of any and all city noises was SO peaceful. If this property is available for the dates you need, book it! You won’t be sorry!
