Quiet cul-de-sac of multi-acre treed properties. Property backs onto the Trans Canada Trail which takes you to nearby Kinsol Trestle. The trail is great for walking or biking and provides great access points near the trestle for a nice dip in the river.

1) No smoking anything inside or on the covered deck. Smoking is permitted on both outer uncovered decks, and the front porch. Please use an ashtray. Leave ashtrays for owner to empty. Do not empty ashtrays into garbage's. Vaping is permitted on the covered deck.
