The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 updated bathrooms. A quintessential Leelanau cottage with knotty pine, stone fireplace and updated kitchen and baths and all modern amenities. Brand new appliances installed Spring 2023. The home is furnished in a “mid-century cottage” style. Queen beds in the two spare bedrooms and a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed in the master suite. Stunning views of Lake Michigan from an expansive deck that spans the front of the entire house. Portable air conditioning available. Large dock with a sitting area on the water.
