Our condo is located at the center of it all - the "7 South" area of Hot Springs. You'll be right on the waterfront, enjoying 180° views of the main channel of Lake Hamilton. And speaking of views, we have some of the best sunsets on the lake, as well as direct viewing of the July 4th fireworks! Almost every room features a stunning view of the lake - the photos really don't do it justice. Email us for a video showing aerial footage of the area - it's breathtaking!
We are in the Stoneridge complex, which is an upscale, quiet community located immediately off Hwy 7 with gated access. You'll have our pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and tennis courts all at your disposal. Stoneridge is a comfortable, classy property - no wild parties here.
The use of our boat slip is included with your booking, but keep in mind that our POA does not allow trailer/boat parking anywhere on the premises. There are options nearby to park your trailer.
We've redone our unit, and we think you'll love it. All furnishings are brand-new, and we tried to think of everything to make your stay as easy, relaxed, and cozy as possible. You'll have one assigned parking spot directly in front of the unit, and we have keyless entry, so no fumbling with keys! Extra parking spots are just steps away, too.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds with ultra plush mattresses, with high thread count linens and awesome pillows on all of it. Both bathrooms feature huge frameless glass showers with Speakman shower heads, and there's a walk-in closet in the master bathroom. There are plenty of luxury towels in each bathroom, as well as shampoo and body wash.
There are new 50" 4K televisions in the living room and master bedroom, and both offer complimentary Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and a full cable network lineup through Hulu Live TV. Among many others, you'll find most local channels, several ESPN's, and the all-important SEC Network! You'll have access to private 100mbps WiFi - no clunky slow Internet here! Take care of all your laundry with our washer/dryer, along with detergent. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake while eating at the dining room table. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker and high-end Blendtec blender, and all the utensils and cookware you'll need to channel your inner chef. There are two private balconies, and the larger has comfy seating to enjoy your evening drinks while watching boats dock at Fisherman's Wharf across the channel.
Hot Springs really is a diverse area with so many things to do, whether you're coming for family fun, a couple's retreat, or a business stay. We love this area, and we'd be delighted to give advice on restaurants, things to do, shopping, and just getting around town. We'll be available via phone or email at all times during your stay, and you will be our top priority!
Our POA has a very strict "no parties" rule, and you are limited by the AirBnB rental agreement to the stated capacity of the unit.
Also please note that our insurance policy does not allow for use of the fireplace by guests. Finally, while the master bathroom tub works fine, the jacuzzi jets have been deactivated.
