THE SPACE:
Modern home w/ private spa and fenced garden is located in Trinity Park a short drive (6 minutes) from Trinity Beach or 20 minutes from Cairns City and all major attractions.
The large lounge area opening onto an undercover patio and private fully fenced garden with spa offer a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.
All four air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans.
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and good size ensuite, a high chair and porta cot for your little one. Three other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, one has a queen-size bed and two has two single-size bed.
The house comes with two bathrooms - ensuite and main, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
The fabulous private outdoor area with tropical plants, seating area, and the private 6 seater spa pool is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.
Two parking spots are secured in the garage, more spots outside on the driveway or free parking on the street.
PLEASE NOTE:
The garden and spa are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
