Additional outdoor area with a fire pit for late night chats, large in ground sandbox for the kids, outdoor grill and a yard full of native live oak trees and mountain laurels. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Breakfast Dining table for 6 and Formal Dining Table for 8, two large seating rooms, 70" flat screen tv, baby grand piano, 22 foot ceilings, open floor plan, master bedroom with ensuite bath on separate side of house for other 3 bedrooms with private door leading to back covered patio. All windows are extra large allowing natural light throughout and enhanced with plantation shutters throughout home. Surrounded by native live oak trees, mountain laurels, crape myrtles, cypress and palm trees, the backyard is alive with birds. each morning, a great spot for coffee to watch the sun come up each morning.

Summary: Was a great property for our family and relatives, plenty of space and incredible fun back yard. We changed all our touring plans when we saw how nice the house was and stayed by the pool more often - very impressed with prompt communication with the owners who had some great recommendations for local restaurants and any questions we had regarding the house. If we go back to Texas we will certainly see if their house is available again.
