This 5 bed/5 bath, 4500 sqft, smart home was thoughtfully built in 2022 to make your stay unforgettable. Resort-style pool and hot tub, pickleball, basketball, trampoline, outdoor living areas, indoor media room, pool table, and foosball. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen & bar area are ready for you and your friends/family! Sunset Dreams Retreat is on a PRIVATE 10 acres. Hill country views from EVERY room. This is a place to bring your friends and/or family and just relax and hang out and UNWIND. GORGEOUS sunrises and sunsets! Watch the deer at the feeder at dusk and dawn. Close to several wineries, distilleries and breweries. This house has 5 bedrooms (including the office) and 5 and a half bathrooms and is 4500 ft. The primary bedroom, office bed and guest bedroom are on the main level. Onsite parking available, 2 car garage available for guest use. Be prepared to drive or hire a driver to enjoy local breweries or wineries. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away. If out of town, you would fly into Austin Bergstrom airport and is about 1 hour away. All guests will be asked to review and sign our Guest Agreement which includes a liability waiver. Host reserves the right to cancel bookings within 48 hours of the booking date if guests do not sign agreed-upon forms. - Children are allowed on this property but you must watch them.
