The Space:
This new construction home is the perfect launchpad for your Nashville adventure. All the furniture is brand-new and modern. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, a Television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and a full kitchen.
Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. The top floor has four beds, which are perfect for larger groups.
All the rooms get plenty of natural light. You'll feel like you're at home in Nashville!

Nashville is a city that you MUST visit more than once!
My home is just 5 minutes outside Germantown and the Downtown core, putting all the major landmarks, music venues, restaurants, and attractions a short drive from my front door.
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is less than 10 minutes away from my home. It is the definitive home of American Country Music and has over 2.5 million priceless artifacts on display.
You'll be close to Nashville's famous music venues. The Ryman Auditorium is less than 10 minutes away, and the Grand Ole Opry (which is outside the downtown core) is only 20 minutes away.
Broadway is just 7 minutes from my front door. You'll find great restaurants, bars, and nightlife in the entertainment district.
Here are some of the landmarks that you can reach in less than 10 minutes: Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Broadway, the Frist Art Museum, the Gallery of Iconic Guitars, the Lane Motor Museum, the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Nashville Symphony.
Getting Around:
There's free parking at my home, and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. Ubers are easily available as well, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.
