Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Enjoy a clean and modern fully furnished place to stay in Vancouver with a large open plan living room and full kitchen. A two bedroom, 1 full bathroom with in-suite laundry and dishwasher. The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. An ideal location for visiting sites around the city with easy access to downtown Vancouver via car, Skytrain or public transit. This is a quiet residential area with family homes, parks and schools nearby. My family, with two small children, live above in a completely separate unit.
Located in a vibrant neighbourhood that features lots of amenities from restaurants, banks, grocery stores and more. Supermarkets like SuperStore, Walmart, Save-On-Foods, T&T supermarket, and Safeway are all within a 5-minute drive. Close to the Broadway Tech Centre, the famous PNE & Commercial Drive, Vancouver’s Little Italy and one of the city’s best areas for shopping, dining, and people-watching. "The Drive" offers plenty of coffee bars, restaurants, and eclectic shops selling things like vintage clothes, vinyl records, organic food, and local crafts. The tree-lined streets of the neighbourhood and many parks add to the natural beauty of the area. It is a friendly and safe neighbourhood with well-lighted streets.
