The modern kitchen (fully equipped with appliances) and hygienic bathrooms (hot water always available) exceeded expectations. 2. Convenience and Technology: The property boasted thoughtful features like electric curtains and door rain shelters (perfect for sunny hot weather). The washing machine and dishwasher functioned smoothly, and supplies (detergent, dish soap) were well-stocked. The large terrace was a game-changer—our family barbecue turned into unforgettable fun nights! 3. Practicality: Parking right downstairs was a huge plus, and the nearest supermarket was just a 2-minute walk. For car owners, the location was extremely convenient. 4. Service: Although we never met the host/manager during our stay (slight communication gap), he quickly addressed our issues. We accidentally left an item at checkout, and he actively helped retrieve it—we’re grateful for his efforts.However, we encountered a few challenges:Toilet paper occasionally was not included (suggest restocking more frequently).The electric roller shutter in the main bedroom had a constant motor noise (humming), disrupting sleep.The front door alarm wouldn’t shut off, beeping every few minutes—potentially fixable with maintenance.Overall: Despite these minor glitches, the property’s size, cleanliness, and luxury amenities made our stay enjoyable.
