The house sits on a hilltop and the location has been a residence since the 1600's. There is a beautiful Copper Beech tree in the yard that is approximately 200 years old. Our home has a modern farmhouse feel but is supported by old bones. The area has several groundhogs that we happily coexist with. You won't see them in the winter as they are true hibernators. We have the world's best neighbors, including the horses next door, and because we want to remain good neighbors, we request that all visitors be respectful and not have any loud parties or late, late nights.
