PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest must be registered 24 hours before the arrival and must show his Identity or Passport document at the entrance.
2) Each visitor must provide a copy of its document upon arrival. All visitors must be 18 and over. They must not stay sleeping. You must not exceed the property capacity at any time. Each extra person will be charged accordingly. Official guests must send their passport information before arriving to the property.
3) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
4) The use of the property is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the property. A fine of $2000 USD will be charged for such activities.
5) Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
6) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property without previous authorization, pet fee may apply.
7) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco there is a $400 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
8) We are not responsible for the loss of documents or personal items, we suggest if the property has a security box in the rooms, make use of them.
9) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
10) Children must be always accompanied by an adult.
11) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A / C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $100 USD.
13) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
14) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time.
15) For your safety, there are cameras controlled by a private security company in the social areas of the property, never in private areas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Pool will be available every day until 7 p.m.
* Each guest will need to be registered with the management and will need to conduct an induction and walkthrough in the property, this will allow them to have access to all the property as a registered guest.
* This is a private residential property not a hotel, any issues please always contact your host, this as the building's management will not help any short-term renters.
* You will be provided ONE towel per guest upon your check in, the white towels provided are for exclusive use inside the apartment. We suggest all of our travelers to bring an additional pool for the beach and/or the pool. You will receive laundry detergent and the possibility to use the washer and dryer at your convenience.
* Linen and toiletries are included at the time of check in, however this is a one time stock, any additional products must be purchased by the guest.
* An additional security deposit may be required by the host depending on numerous factors such as number of guests and reason for renting the place. It is fully refundable within 7 days after the guest's check out.
GUEST RECOMMENDATION:
* Check out: 11am.
* Lost fob: $100 USD per item.
* Lost key: $35 USD per item.
* Lockout: $200 USD per lockout (if necessary to break the lock system, tenant will have to pay for it).
* Late check out: $75 USD per hour (must be accepted 24 hours in advance).
* Garbage and cardboard must be thrown away before you leave, excessive garbage will have a charge of $150 USD.
* It is prohibited to wait or stay in the lobby area of the building before your check in time or after check out time.
* Strictly prohibited productions or events on the location.
* If you are looking to ship packages, please confirm with our staff to get an address where to ship them.
* THE RECEPTION OF POSTAL MAIL IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
