If we are unable to accommodate additional parking, street parking is a convenient alternative. Absolutely no smoking or vaping and no parties are allowed on the premises. If additional cleaning is required by our cleaners due to smoking, vaping, or other violations, the cost will be charged to the guest, including up to $1,000 for smoke remediation. At checkout, we request that guests place used towels and bedsheets on the floor near the bathroom to assist with washing.
