Positive: The property is in a great location, Surry Hills is a cosmopolitan, lively area, but the property is in a no through road, so very quiet. It is well appointed, with everything you need.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like, but a couple of observations for the owners, there is an issue with the guttering at the front of the house and during heavy rain it drips incessantly. There’s also a leak in the back bedroom windows when it rains, making the carpet wet. We had a few cockroaches in the first floor bathroom, but found the bug spray and didn’t see any more.
Summary: A perfect place to stay and explore Sydney and the surrounding areas. Public transport is on the door step, which we use
