This is a very cool and hip house. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths on the main level which has Hardwood Flooring Throughout, remodeled Kitchen with Quartz Counter Tops, modern Cabinets and Modern Glass Finished Appliances. Custom Designed Contemporary Gas Burning Fireplace, Exposed Brick Wall and a Fantastic Open Floor Plan. Fully Finished Basement offers 2 additional non-conforming bedrooms along with Spacious additional Living/Entertaining Space, Workout Area, Bar Room, and bathroom. This home also has Fantastic Outdoor Living Space As Well. Massive Yard that has Thousands of Sq Ft of Grass to play, 1 Garden and 1 Kids Playground Space. Covered patio with a Flagstone Courtyard Space. Storage space on side of home for extra cars or Toys, and not included in the Sqft is a sunroom that you come into as you enter the home.
