The condo is at walking distance from the beach in the Tanjong Bungah district. It is furnished/equiped and comes with a 48" LCD television with TV box. The western design and fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, gas cooker, built in oven, microwave and washing machine). The two bedrooms come with comfortable King Koil beds and have their own private balconies with spectacular views of the sea. The living area completely opens up to the balcony from which you have the best sea and beach views available on Penang island from which you also will be able to observe sea eagles and monkeys. The bedrooms and living rooms have ac units installed. The building offers resort style living with it's beautiful tropical pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ pit and gym. Minimum stay is 45 days (sorry, we don't do short term rentals). Additional discounts for stays of more than 6 months are available.

Summary: A great condo to spend 3 months in Penang Malaysia. Marc was a great host and he made sure we have all we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the condo was great, location was very quiet. The condo was remodeled, up to date, roomy and clean. Will stay again when we go to Penang in the future.
