This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo located in the Las Palmas community of St George. Our condo is a corner unit on the ground floor of building 17. It sleeps 8 in beds (sleeps 10 total with air mattress). It is beautifully decorated and has an open floor plan with a great room and kitchen that are ideal for entertaining and large families. It's on the ground level and the back patio is steps away from one of the awesome pools and hot tubs, the "Family" pool. It's a modern, spacious and beautiful condo that you don't want to miss out on enjoying!

POOL INFO: Las Palmas pools are heated March 15 – October 31 and weather permitting on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and President’s Day weekends. The hot tubs are open year round. Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Rental of this condo comes with access to the Clubhouse and Amenities including 3 more pools, waterslides, 1 more hot tub, fitness room, basketball courts and pickleball courts
