It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a path at the back of the property leading directly to Maloney's and King Beaches.It has lovely modern furnishings with air conditioning and is light and bright with 2 living areas and a fantastic terrace with outdoor setting and BBQ.This home is perfect for a family and you will find yourself relaxing and unwinding the minute you step through the front door. This place has everything you need for a perfect holiday - including wifi.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this property on Boxing Day for 3 nights. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend staying here. The house was immaculate inside, very modern and spacious, and much bigger than appeared on the photos, although it did appear big on the photos, the size was as added bonus.Great outdoor entertainment area, and the property backs onto a cliff which has a walking track directly behind it.The location was great, it's a five to ten minute walk to beaches either side of the property, and ten minute drive into Batemans Bay.Kate who manages the property from Batemans Bay property, was absolutely fabulous to deal with. She was friendly, very prompt with her reply to any messages, and extremely efficient. Her service was outstanding.Thank you for a wonderful stay.
