The space
This home is thoughtfully designed with modern mid-century pieces. Comfy couches for long conversations and movie nights. Big dining table to come together and eat delicious meals. Spacious living room to play board games and share laughter with one another. The possibilities are endless. Every interior detail was created to give you the greatest and most unforgettable experience.

Enjoy an open area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 65" Smart TV to enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies. *Guests are responsible for logging in and out of their streaming

The dining room table is centered around a modern chandelier, seating 6 comfortably
-Bed & Bath
This home sleeps 6 guests, in 3 different curated bedrooms. All rooms have queen-sized hybrid mattresses from HELIX midnight Luxe line and have indoor closets.
The master has a midcentury bed frame, with an ensuite bath with shower.
The second and third bedroom has all the essentials and one of the room has a dedicated workspace. Please let me know if you need another desk and chair!
The 2 baths for these bedrooms have a tub/shower.

We are still in the process of renovating the outside porch. Please let us know if you want to use the grill or fire pit.

Please be respectful of our property, home, and belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming. Additional Rules:
1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
2. We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
3. NO SHOES in the house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.
4. No unregistered guests.
5. No illegal activity or substances allowed on the premises.
6. No smoking in the house.
7. No hunting.
8. Do not bring or discharge any weapons on the property.
9. Do not enter, or attempt to enter, the shed.
10. Do not leave any fires unattended inside or outside the home. If you don't have enough time to monitor a fire you start, do not start one.
11. Don’t eat or drink in the beds.
12. Respect check-in and check-out times.
13. Do not rearrange the furniture.
14. Don't try and make contact with, or feed, the wildlife.
15. DO NOT leave any food or garbage outside. 🐻
16. If you have excess trash you need to dispose of, you can take it to the Highland Transfer Station on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. Otherwise, we will remove all trash from the home.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
** Smoking in the home: $150
**Lost Keys: $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservations. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150

CHECK OUT RULES
1. Ensure all fires have been properly extinguished inside and outside the property.
2. If moved, return all furniture and decor to its original location.
3. Please wash all dirty dishes or else a $10 fee will be charge per dish.
4. Dispose of all garbage in the trash and recycling bins located inside the kitchen closet — our cleaning staff will take care of it. Do not leave it outside. 🐻
5. Turn off propane, cover + clean the grill and return to side of house if used.
6. Close and lock all exterior windows.
7. Close and lock patio doors.
8. Turn off all the lights.
9. Lock the front door and return both sets of keys to the lockbox.
