Es ist perfekt für Paare, Familien und kleine Gruppen (bis zu 6 Personen).
Das Apartment verfügt über eine Küche mit Zugang zu einer kleinen Terrasse, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Vorzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer sowie zwei Schlafzimmer (1 gartenseitig, 1 straßenseitig).

Please only open the windows to the garden and always close them when you are not in the apartment.
NIGHT SILENCE
Our neighbours are pretty chilled, so please help us keep it that way. Music in general is ok, but please mind the law mandated night silence between 10pm and 6am.
The house rules are though pretty simple to follow. Thanks in advance for upholding them. If however an incident occurs, I'll need to charge an additional fee of minimum 30EUR (to cover my associated costs).
