Welcome to my stunning & spacious apartment in iconic Gastown (Downtown Vancouver!). One of the most happening neighbourhoods in Vancouver known for being the cities best entertainment hub, home top notch Michelin Star restaurants, cute cafes as well as its classic old style beauty!
-2 min walk to central train station (Waterfront)
-2 min walk to famous team clock

-1 secure underground parking space in the building (*Expert Drivers only ;) The space is tight and may not be suitable for all drivers. Although tight, I currently fit my GMC Pickup. I suggest to unload bags and back in.)

It borders Chinatown and the Downtown Eastside, and while it's important to be aware of social issues, it shouldn't discourage you from visiting. Use street smarts and enjoy the amazing history and offerings that make Gastown famous. We recommend staying within the limits of Gastown and not crossing past Abbott and Cordova.
*House Rules:
-Absolutely no alcohol is permitted in any of the amenity spaces or on the rooftop. - No loud music or parties allowed as per house rules. The building has strict policies.
-Check-in is available after 4:00 pm. Please respect this timing for cleaning purposes.
-Construction noise may be present in downtown areas due to city development.
-Please be aware of the neighborhood dynamics, but if you stay within Gastown and avoid certain areas, you'll have a fantastic stay.
