You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, 65" Smart Flat Screen TV with WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies.

You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
