We offer a monthly discount for 31 nights or more! Modern coastal rental duplex less than one mile from the beach and local attractions available for your next vacation in Carlsbad! New furnishings, comfortable lounge spaces, great outdoor entertainment areas for your group to enjoy and more! The property can accommodate up to 9 guests and requires a 3-night minimum stay. The individual units are available to rent separately, pending availability. Inquire with booking agent for a link to the individual units. One small pet is permitted with an additional $500 pet security deposit. Sorry, no cats allowed.
Each unit has a private entrance, great for vacationing with your family or friends. The units include 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a stacked washer/dryer. Come back after a day at the beach and relax in the shared outdoor entertainment space with great amenities for the group to enjoy including a firepit, lounge and dining furniture, outdoor shower and turf grass play area.
Sleeping arrangements for the entire property include: two queen-sized beds, two full-size beds and two queen-size sofa beds. Comfortable and fresh bedding, linens, and towels are included for your use during your stay. Two reserved parking spaces are available for guests use with additional street parking available. The property is not equipped with air conditioning. No smoking. No pets allowed.
The property has easy access to major highways with close proximity to attractions such as LEGOLAND, La Costa Resort and Spa and the Carlsbad Flower Fields. Trips to Oceanside Harbor, unspoiled Encinitas and Solana Beach, Del Mar Race Track and County Fairgrounds or stunning Torrey Pines State Reserve and Torrey Pines Golf Course are a short drive away. Its also an easy day trip to other San Diego favorites such as Sea World, historic Old Towne, the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
Save on your stay by considering a longer stay! Reservations 31 nights or more are not charged a 12% tax. Any stays 30 nights or less are required by the city of Carlsbad to pay this when making a reservation. Inquire for a special rental quote for stays longer than 31 nights.

PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations longer than 30 nights will be required to sign a Lease Agreement to finalize the reservation. Guests who do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement will be asked to cancel their reservation. All adults staying at the property will also be required to submit proof of ID.
Payment of the refundable security deposit must be received prior to the check-in date to finalize the reservation. Failure to pay the refundable security deposit will result in a cancellation of the reservation.
Reservations 31+ nights may require an increase in the security deposit quoted.
