Modern Luxury house built to impress. Direct access from street, with no steps. Main level includes a large open floor plan with master on main. Enter into a stunning 22-ft tall double-height living area. Large space to entertain with dining and open kitchen. Quarts counters, warm cabinet colors and exceptional lighting. The TV is a smart 65" with Apple TV. Primary bedroom on main level includes a king-size bed, zero edge large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, jet tub, and double vanity. Giant walk thru closet. From the master or living area, walk onto a large side deck that's 8 feet wide & 20 long.
Upstairs there are 3 bedroom set up for additional guests. One bedroom has a private bath while the other two share a hall bath. All upstairs beds are queen size. There is also a private large deck on this level. In the basemen, there is a two car garage & plenty of street parking for any cars.
** There is a one-bedroom in-law suite that is below the main house. It is completely private from upstairs, has its own entrance, and can be rented in addition to the main house.

Summary: Our family stayed over New Year and the house was an absolute fantasy. The large open plan made it easy for our family & double height space was stunning. My wheel bound mother loved there were no steps on main level. The master is huge with great euro style bathroom. Plenty of room for kids upstairs. Even though host was traveling, he was always available for questions. We didn't want to leave.
