Located on a quiet street close to restaurants, destination towns, hiking, and outdoor activities, the home is an inviting base for guests wanting to enjoy the Hudson Valley year-round.
Main Living Area:
Includes the entry foyer, welcome zone w/ full length mirror, den, dining and kitchen. The large table seats 6-8 guests, the den is a great space for socializing while prepping for dinner. The kitchen also has a 4-seat high top table for more dining space. This area has its own Nest thermostat zone and window AC unit.
Upstairs Sleeping Zone:
Includes 1 primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and desk area, 1 children's room with 2 twin beds, 1 queen bedroom, a full bath and linen closet. This area has its own Nest thermostat zone and each bedroom has a window AC unit.
Downstairs Lounge:
Our favorite place in the home! Includes the lush seating area w/ large L-shaped couch, 43" TV with HBO & Netflix, a gaming zone w/ foosball table, a half bath and 1 queen bedroom. This area has its own Nest thermostat zone. The laundry room is also located here through a rear vestibule.
Backyard Patio:
Stone patio space with dining area, gas grill and lounge chairs for those slow stay-at-home and chill days.
Guest access
Our Bungalow is a single-family home with full access to our guests. Keyless entry with your own personal code, long driveway for parking, set back from the quiet neighborhood street. Garage access can be granted upon request.
- With hygiene and sustainability in mind, we request that you remove your shoes upon entering. There is a shoe rack and hooks provided at the entrance.
- Please be mindful of the wildlife and our neighbors. You may be only fifteen minutes to town but also very much in the country. We ask that all our guests treat the neighborhood, the locals, and our wildlife with respect + kindness. There may be the occasional wild animal on the premises so please take care to keep your food/trash tidy and in the designated containers.
- The home has a baseboard radiator heating system so you may hear them expand and contract in the winter.
- Home has a backup generator.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises.
- At this time, no pets are allowed.
