Brand new, stylish, super clean home in a dead end street with a beautiful view from the back porch of the commercial side of town. Located in a heart of the historical Vancouver downtown, central and close to everything.
It features an open concept living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, walk in pantry. It has many small appliances like air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more.
With 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 3 full bathrooms this place comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
All brand new appliances across the whole house, washer and dryer, brand new mattresses and all other furniture. It has everything you might need for your short or long term stay. Garage is also available for long term stays.
Outdoor area provides a covered patio with seating furniture as well as a firepit with some lounge chairs.
Please note this house has a guest suite attached on the side that's rented out separately. It has its own separate entry and backyard. No spaces are shared. Also, the railroad in the commercial zone might cause some noise. Some people love it, some doesn't enjoy it as much.
