This custom-built contemporary home with an open concept layout and high ceilings is exquisite and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The design throughout is both captivating and impressive! The loft hosts additional living space with a sofa, TV, games/dining table, a cozy yet spacious area that overlooks the lower living space. Close attention to detail in the décor and design has created a timeless atmosphere of warmth and charm. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and finishes. The glass retractable door offers easy access to your outdoor dining and entertaining space. The lavish elegance flows easily to the outdoor living space offering many choice seating areas depending on the sun’s position. Perfect for outdoor entertaining or enjoying your morning coffee. The master bedroom with a queen bed is on the main level, with a door to the main bath. The upper-level bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a single bed over a double bed and a futon. This home is equipped with laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, and gas stove. This house offers plenty of happiness for the whole family! There is an adjoining unit, with a separate laneway and outdoor space sometimes occupied by the vacationing owners.
