Welcome to our new custom built beach home paradise. My wife & I are very excited to share our dream home with our guests. A modern, cottage-chic home that is warm and inviting with tranquil field/pond/ocean views. We love the open floor plan and 3 custom Italian marble bathrooms with a 2 floor wall of windows letting in loads of eastern facing sunlight. Enjoy the views from 2 large decks off the east & west sides of the home as the main living space is located on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor loft area. Fully fenced in level back yard with outdoor shower and horseshoe pit

Summary: Brand new property on Winnapaug Rd. Short sidewalk trip to beach either walking or biking. Kids had a blast, home was inpeccable and very welcoming with a large backyard and all new ammenities. Will be back!
