Positive: Nice apartment away from the main street. Good size apartment for 2 people with sufficient closet storage in living room. Comfy sofa and coffee table.
Negative: 1. Owner claimed washing machine broke the week before our arrival and it was being repaired. We never received message it was broken before our arrival for our opportunity to find a new place for our 12-day stay. I asked when the machine would be fixed and he never replied to that question. He then sent message we should go use the laundromat close by! Having the washing machine was one main criteria for the 12-day rental!!! There was no offer to compensate for the inconvenience. Note there was an appliance store one block way on Gorbella that had a machine for 400 Euros so he could have easily replaced the machine. When we checked out 12 days later, we were asked for a very positive review. 2. On our first day, owner said the hot water tank can only be used for a couple minutes before it had to fill up and reheated (i.e. wait 2 hours for a 2 minute hot shower). If you have one person that might be okay but you have a couple who was there exploring the city during the day so in evenings we had to wait for turns to take shower. Very inconvenient. 3. Frying pans that looked like they came from second hand store: scratch off Teflon coating 4. Nespresso machine with 2 pods?! Better not to have any pods. We used one. 5. Dishes were not from a complete set, it seemed they were all bought at second hand store. 6. Cute cafe table for dining but too small for more than 2 dinner plates, 2 glasses and one dish. 7. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 8-days and zero paper towels.
Summary: Honestly DO NOT STAY at this apt. Read my other 10 star reviews of our stay in France and Spain
