You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
This unique basement apartment offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!
The four bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment for a quiet night's rest and have wall-mounted smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.
You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions: bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more are all within easy walking distance.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Apt is located in the heart of Savannah and is very nice, if you realize you are renting a basement apartment. It suited our needs perfectly and aptly slept 8 as described. A bit tight otherwise, but hey, your in Savannah, you're meant to be out and about! Everything is described as is in the VRBO listing, and know that you will be paying for parking, but the garage is only a couple blocks from the apartment and affordable. You hear noises from the above apartment such as water coming through pipes, etc. Property manager was very timely in responding and don't miss the bbq place around the corner!!!
