Positive: Great accommodation! We arrived 10 pm and someone came to hand over the keys and walk us over the apartment. It is a great location with a Carrefour 2 blocks away and lots of restaurants and cafes close by. I have to say I rather stay in this area of the city than the center. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a good AC, which is very important in Madrid during summer. 2 baths are great when you have 4 people in the apartment. We had an issue with the water temperature, and they promptly sent someone to take care of the issue.
Negative: I would say everything was great but it will be good to have some kind of shelves in the showers, so you don't have to leave soap, shampoo, etc. on the floor. I can't think of anything else
Summary: Great stay, great host and great location in Madrid, highly recommended!
