Our house features over four acres of land with private, expansive, seasonal mountain views all year round. We purposefully curated the outdoor space to accommodate those who value the scenic landscape of countryside and especially desire a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
About the space:
The flow and layout of our interior is inviting for families and friends to have their own privacy- but also offers an open living space, designed to share in quality time. With exquisite hand picked contemporary touches, the quality and aesthetic appeal of our home adds comfort and is inviting to all who stay.
Our house boasts a total of four spacious bedrooms.The main floor has three bedrooms- two queen sized and one full sized beds.
Openly adjoined is the the fully stocked upscale chefs kitchen with plenty of space and storage to cook and prepare meals. It contains modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, oven with a 4 burner propane range, french door fridge, coffee maker and more!
Entering the second floor- we have a rec room with a fun ping pong table, incredible media room with a 77 inch OLED quality screen and primary bedroom which features a king sized bed and dedicated workspace.
The main highlight- our outdoor space has two decks with a hot tub and couches for outside seating.
All TVs are OLED and 4k resolution with the fastest wifi speeds. Sit back by the fireside, go for a hike on the trail, swim in the rondout creek or relax in the hot tub with the sparkling stars overhead. There is endless to do!
The main feature of our house is its location and proximity to the Rail Trail and Rondout Creek. Walk to the end of the property line and you will find yourself entering the trail to explore and hike the exquisite nature the Hudson Valley has to offer.
Our indoor entertainment space is great when it is time to unwind. With an extraordinary media room design, we created the utmost movie theater experience at home! We have the best seating with the highest TV screen quality to provide guests with even more entertainment!
