LaynLowe Villa is located on the pristine and idyllic Caribbean island of St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Situated 350 feet above the Caribbean Sea, the villa boasts panoramic views over the surrounding bays, French Cap, and out to St. Croix.
Located in the upscale and quiet neighborhood of Estate Chocolate Hole, the villa is only 5 minutes from dinning and shopping in Cruz Bay, 10 minutes from the world famous North Shore beaches, 25 minutes from Coral Bay, and minutes away from the Virgin Islands National Park.
The Pool House occupies the upper level of the villa and the Hawksnest Studio and Maho Suite are located below with their own private entrances and private outdoor space. All of the interior spaces have independently controlled air conditioning to cool off after a long day at the beach or hiking in the National Park. Inside, you will find modern teak and tropical hardwood furniture to provide a stylish setting with custom mahogany cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. Outside each space you will find a dining tables, relaxing lounge chairs, and a Weber gas grill.
All linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers are provided. On site laundry is also available for your convenience.

Summary: Beautifully appointed villa had everything you would possibly need for the perfect vacation. Location was ideal with spectacular views. Drew the caretaker gave us details about checking in and out and arranged for a rental car and private taxi when we arrived. He was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again on our next visit to St. John!
