- We offer both a pack & play and high chair for guests to use during their stay!
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly sanitized and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Our home offers 3 bedrooms complete with a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds, and an inflatable bed that may be set up for extra guests. All equipped with plush fresh sheets and linens.
- Only a 10 minute drive to Edmonton's downtown core. Very accessible bus routes!
- Beautifully decorated space with brand new modern chic furnishings and bright ambiance.
- Easy self-check in via. secure door keypad.
- Lightening fast WiFi and large 50" SMART TV which feature complimentary DISNEY+.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer central air conditioning. However, we provide fans in each bedroom and a portable AC unit to help ease the heat (please note if the portable AC unit is damaged/taken it will be a charge of $500).
-An open window also help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite. (Please note the windows are a bit older, we have ordered new ones and they are set to be replaced within the month given there are no shipping delays)
-The home has a separate downstairs suite that is also a short term rental so there is a potential for noise. The space is completely separate and not shared with the upstairs or vice versa.
-There are train tracks across from the home which may sometime cause noise/rumbles from the moving trains.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with all appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
