Summary: Great location if you are keen to be in Suelz and have access to parks, public transport and a lovely little shopping strip. Stairwell gets a little smelly as wheelie bins are inside and door to bins section often left open. Balcony disappointing- especially as not clean, bits and pieces lying around (old chair, dirty cloths) and no thought put in making it part of the liveable space. Also some considerable mould in shower recess. Cupboard in bedroom also quite unstable (shelves fall out and door falls off) and needs replacing. OveralI a lovely spot and cute apartment, but needs a bit of tlc.
