Lovingly furnished, modern newly furnished 2 bedroom corner apartment in a newly built in 2012, 6-family house. There is a safe, a dishwasher and washing machine, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. An elevator is available. The south / west terrace with magnificent views, a lake for sunbathing. Promenade and public beach is about 400 meters away. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within easy walking distance. A car park is located within the closed off property. Pets are not allowed.
