This cool, modern apartment in El Granada is the perfect home base for your trip. With two bedrooms, including a comfy queen bed, and two bathrooms, one with a shower (en suite) and the second with a shower/bathtub, this place is quiet, private and convenient. One bedroom has no bed, it is used for a workout and yoga room, and an office. In the second bedroom is also a new Peloton bike that you may use if you have an account. The rent is discounted for one person, but if two people, the rent will increase $500, but no additional bed will be provided (I pay $3,895/ month). The apartment owner (https://www.mavericksapartments.com) refers to this as a luxury apartment, but I would not go that far, but it is secure and clean; it has a chill vibe. Guest must provide landlord the application; this is a sublet and the stay will be subject to the landlord/ apartment building owners acceptance as well as the leaseholder. I really like living here, it is about 1/2 mile to the trails of Quarry Park and to Rancho Corral de Tierra regional park. The building occupants are all respectful and kind. There is no TV but very good Wi Fi (Xfinity).
