Summary: This home is in a perfect location. The only reason that I can’t give it all 5 stars is because there were too many details should have been checked and weren’t. TVs that were unplugged, light bulbs needing to be replaced, filter in refrigerator needing to be replaced and a smoke detector that was beeping because it needed a battery. I think the owner should have let us know that one of the sliding doors outer panels of glass was shattered and not replaced. We were never able to get internet in the casita to work. But the home itself is fabulous. It’s so close to being the perfect spot, but attention to detail is so important. Most importantly, there was no binder welcoming us, giving us instructions on everything house related and tips on things to do, neighborhood finds,etc. again, more attention to detail and this is a FIVE STAR property for sure!!
