Positive: Really nice and cozy apartment, super friendly and humble owners. It is an easy 10min drive to Da Nang or 25min to Hoi An with a scooter. We rented it with them, all perfect. At night it is quiet as you are away from the main road but still an easy 5 min walk to the beach. 5/5
