Inside the compound there are two separate apartments each 1600 sq ft that can be rented together for large groups or separately for smaller adventures. Referenced as the Upstairs and Main Floor Units, all living space is built for comfort. Gourmet Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort and space for your whole crew. Moab Offroad Upstairs Unit- 1600 sq ft of Luxury Accommodations- Gourmet Kitchen- The upstairs units gourmet kitchen has been decked out with professional grade appliances capable of feeding the hungriest crowd. Fully stocked with serving for 8+ and all the cook wear a gourmet cook would need. There is nice bar seating in the kitchen area and plenty of seating for large crowds out on the deck with views of the La Sal Mtn range. 2 Bedrooms- One King Size bed with Masterbath, Huge walk-in shower and soaking tub. One queen size bed with 1/2 bath, Extra twin roll outs available. Outdoor Gated Parking- Moab Offroad Compound is located on a 2 acre parcel with plenty of room to park in front of the building and even more parking space behind the gate in the rear of the building. Interior Garage/Shop Space- 4- 15 ft tall garage doors allow you to drive a vehicle thru the garage space into the back of the property. Plenty of room to bring in large vehicles to be worked on or get out of the weather. When booking the Upstairs Unit only you will be assigned a garage space. Large Deck- Perfect for large group entertaining or even a quiet night of star gazing in the hot tub. Roll out electric shades for when the temp gets a little too hot or roll them back in if you are looking for the sunshine. Fire pits and BBQ's available to all guests.
