Mistover in Yallingup is a recently renovated five bedroom property, designed & furnished with the family & extended family in mind. An enormous balcony, dedicated games room & idyllic country setting are just some of the draw cards at this rural Yallingup location.
Did we mention families? A generous array of features and surprises include a dedicated games room that’s a perfect retreat for teenagers and kids of all ages. Included here is a pool table, numerous board games, enough DVD's to open your own store, along with a sitting area with TV & DVD player.
From here the sliding doors open out onto the large lawn area and extended grounds that would be great for ball games and fun with the kids.
In fact, a cricket set is stored in the games room, so there are no excuses! If the beach is the go, there is also a hot & cold outdoor shower.
Three bedrooms are also located downstairs, with 2 rooms containing queen beds & another with 2 bunk beds. These bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a shower/bath combination to cater for big & little kids, a separate toilet is positioned just off the laundry. The laundry contains a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Two more bedrooms are located upstairs with the main bedroom containing a king bed & a queen in bedroom 2. These two bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom which includes a shower, toilet & vanity. A separate powder room is also located on this level.
Open plan living is a real feature upstairs, with a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table, separate sitting/reading area & wall mounted TV lounge area all located here. For your comfort a Reverse Cycle A/C keeps this area warm or cool depending on the season along with a newly added wood fire heater for cosy winter evenings.
Sliding doors open out onto the enormous balcony which allows you to enjoy traditional Australian rural views, with Kangaroos frequent visitors to the property.
A recently added feature to the balcony are clear outdoor blinds that can be utilised when the sea breeze picks up in the early evenings ensuring you can continue your outdoor entertaining. On the balcony is the large outdoor table, Weber barbecue, sun lounges & additional seating.
