This fully restored 1924 bungalow has more than a lifetime of stories to tell! Located off Trinidad‘s historic Colorado Avenue, the cottage offers a convenient location near the restaurants and shops of the historic downtown district. The cottage features an inviting, family-friendly floor plan complete with a covered front porch and an awesome sun room overlooking a fenced backyard where you can store outdoor gear or bikes. The large, well-equipped kitchen is ready and equipped to handle all your meal and snack prep needs. High-speed WiFi and a smart TV provide modern convenience and home entertainment. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryder.
