Positive: Kind of traditional type of housing in Osaka? Its clean enough, good for sleepover, but please consider other options. We were of course grateful for the stay.
Negative: Nearby main street and windows/doors without any soundproofing or insulation made it really hard to fall asleep withou noise cancelling plugs. Also the provided double bed had low quality matress, actually two bent in different directions.
Summary: Unless you want to sleep almost on the street, choose something 3star to stay for similar price.
