Blue Marlin hosts some of the best amenities the area has to offer. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps ten people and has a ton of great features. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home as well as stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and tiled showers.
Enjoy the local art that is used to decorate the house throughout. You will also be just a short walk to a community pool (not heated) fitness center, shuffle board court, Bocce court and putting green.
On the first floor you will find a full kitchen, a living room with a flat screen, half bath and dining room. There is also a propane grill on the rear deck for you to use! Just up the stairs on the second level, you will find a beautifully furnished queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and master bedroom featuring a king bed, en suite bathroom and private balcony. Finally, the third floor has a king room and the bunk room (containing two sets of twin bunk beds), which share a jack and jill bathroom.
Blue Marlin is a quick, 7 minute walk from the pristine Blue Mountain Beach on 30A! The beach access is only a block and a half away and has parking for automobiles and golf carts. Clean, full bathrooms are open with showers and a large deck overlooking the beach.
The area offers local restaurants, unique art galleries and shops, and a 22 mile path that runs along the coastline. You are also ten miles from Destin, where you can enjoy Destin Commons, Silver Sands outlet mall, movies and night life. Take advantage of the numerous hiking and horseback riding opportunities in Point Washington State Forest right across the street!
