One minute to the 110 and head north to Glendale sports facilities (hockey, football) or northern Phoenix, Glendale, Sun City or Las Vegas!
Well-behaved pets are allowed. A fenced dog run is available.
There is a large patio with a barbecue in the walled back yard.
3rd bedroom is currently set up as an office or computer space. A single cot is available for another person.

Summary: It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a good pet friendly property. Unfortunately, the listing said there was a hot tub. This was the biggest factor to book this property. There was no hot tub and we were disappointed. Listings need to be accurate.
