Just a 10 minute walk (all sidewalk) to Pedro's for margaritas and amazing Mexican food, Old Vines Bar for a fancy night on the town & Pearl Oyster for the wonderful taste of the sea! This home will have you awe-struck from the moment you walk through the doors. From the outstanding décor & furniture, cathedral ceilings to its open concept living/kitchen area dressed in vibrant beautiful colors that inspire relaxation, Colonel’s Quarters will become your favorite place to call your second home.
The luxurious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens and granite countertops with beautiful cabinets which are interior lit, stocked to the nines with all things that you need to experience a true Maine Lobster Bake or a wonderful family dinner during your stay. The first-floor master bedroom, located off of the kitchen, has a private balcony overlooking the gorgeous greenery of the large backyard that has ample room for yard games & relaxing after your days at the beach or on the town. There is a large walk-in master closet and is attached to the main-floor marble & tiled bath with stacked washer and dryer.
On the second floor, there is a loft sleeping area open to the upstairs office space. The second master has a master marble & tiled bath and walk-in closet for all of your storage needs. Also, every bedroom, plus the living room has a ceiling fan! There is also radiant heat on the main floor for the cooler nights.
There is a brand new 3 season porch enclosure which adds to the living space and allows for indoor dining.
In the back yard you will find a Webber grill on the patio with an amazing wood firepit where you can enjoy your glass of wine, cup of coffee and let’s not forget the smell of campfire & the taste of s’mores any time of the year. You have the privacy of an acre+ yard of a forested lot for all of your vacation relaxation needs!
