Experience the convenience and comfort of our centrally-located place, perfect for families looking to explore the area. Our home is situated in a prime location, close to all the top attractions and activities that will make your vacation unforgettable. Relax in our cozy bedrooms with comfortable bedding, and enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals.
Pets welcome, please contact host for approval. Pet fee is $20/night for each pet. Discounts considered for longer stays.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.
If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

Summary: Our family of 4 chose to stay here for 2 nights while visiting the University of Rochester, instead of crammed in a small hotel room. We were so happy with this choice! The home is spacious, conveniently located and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. Cheryl was great about communicating as well!
