Relaxing beachfront home steps from the sand. Mint Julep is a newly purchased bungalow, set yards away from the ocean, in an expanse of beautiful sand, shells and sunshine. It has 3 bedrooms, each with their own a/c unit. The owner's suite contains one Cal King bed, a large dresser and side tables, with an en suite bathroom, while the other two rooms each have a Queen size bed with a large dresser and a side table as well. The sofa, dining room table, ottoman, sheets and duvets have all been specifically chosen from Pottery Barn to ensure quality and comfort. Comfy pillows, beach towels and bath towels are in each bedroom for individual use as needed. The Kitchen is fully fitted with new pots, pans, and dishes to support any families hope for home cooked meals on the barbecue. A washer and dryer are also both available on the premises. Books, cards, puzzles and other games are available to help encourage hours of family fun time; there’s even good array of DVD’s for someone who prefers to stay in for the evening. The Mint Julep has been specially furnished with a vacationer in mind who wants to get away, forget all their problems and completely restore themselves. It’s fully furnished, functions as a home away from home and contains everything one needs to be able to come in, get settled, perhaps get a glass of wine or a beer and go onto the sand outside the front gate for one of many long strolls down the uninhabited beach. Enjoy the secluded, but close town, location with family and friends. This is a modern home will all the conveniences necessary to put your mind at ease.
